I had been told by Franks Auto Repair that I needed a new battery. I have been taken advantage of in the past by other repair shops and assumed that they were looking to make money. I didn’t have it done and 2 weeks later my car stalled in front of my friends house who I was taking to the airport. It was a dead battery. I learned the hard way I can trust Franks and will always listen to their feedbakpck in the future. Thanks

A wiring issue took my Lite Chevrolet pickup in for service. The service rep emailed me a detailed inspection report for the wiring plus 4-5 additional issues (with photos) that had been unattended to by me and my previous mechanic service (oops). Mechanical Issues were prioritized On the email and I was so impressed at the thorough inspection I asked them to do Those previously undiagnosed additional repairs. Quality work, and on time delivery put the bounce back in my 16 year old Chevy . Thanks to the First Rate Crew at Frank’s Auto. DLM -
