We had a problem while driving. They took the car in immediately and had it diagnosed quickly. The estimate was very reasonable and I had the car back the next day. They offer shuttle service. These guys are great and honest. I'm not sure you can do better than this shop.

All's is well after my recent car fix. As always, Frank Auto Service trouble shooting found the culprit and was able to fix the issue quickly the same day. Thanks.

I have excellent service at Frank's Auto. I've been going there for several years and they are unfailingly professional, helpful and courteous. They bring me home after I've left my car for service and take me back when my car is finished.My granddaughter has used their services as well even though she doesn't live in Walnut Creek.As noted below, I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

It was recommended I get new tires...I went directly to Costco where I got my tires and they said I didn't need tires for at least 5,000 miles and told me I should have been having the tires rotated for nothing with them. No matter I had you rotate them & paid you to do so.Generally I am very satisfied with your service.
