I used to go to a large Toyota Service center, and though they were nice, there didn't seem to be any oversight when reps were taking advantage of customers. With Frank's Auto Service, I felt they had my best interest at heart. I really like the welcome package that outlined their service standards and definitions of terms so that we were talking the same language. I only wish I had it before my service was completed so that I didn't have to ask so many questions about the services that I needed.

The definition of this shop is "Great Customer Satisfaction" As a Facilities Director from a school and having a fleet of vans, it's always great to have an auto repair shop that I can rely on all the time, and Frank's Auto Repair Shop always goes beyond my expectations. The whole team is just great starting with DJ who always listens in detail to whatever issues we have with our vans and at the end when it's time to pick whether our vans or trucks, we walk out of the shop with a smile. I even personally do not trust any other shop including any dealership because the honesty that Franks Auto Repair brings you, it's just priceless.
