Recommended by a friend, and Frank's was recommended by another friend, so I decided to try their service. I'm glad that I made an appointment. since then, others had heard about Frank's. Service was good, drop off and pick up was great!

My 1998 Lexus LS 400 had electrical charging problems. DJ and the team at Franks patiently tested it over several days before the problem resurfaced. Then they replaced the altinator, but at no charge as it was covered under a warantee from 3+ years ago! That is honesty, pure and simple, as well as GREAT service. We've been going to Frank's for many years. DJ and Trent will always let us know what is needed, and what is suggested before doing any work on the cars. They respond quickly to texts and phone calls. It's nice to have a mechanic that knows our cars and communicates regularly when the vehicles are being worked on, and they never push unnecessary work on us. Highly recommend Frank's Auto!
