I had my check engine light come on after already having another repair mechanic look at it. They got the light off but they felt that the problem wasn’t fixed and really looked into it. Not only that but they took care of my warranty company and I didn’t have to do anything. They also gave me a loaner car because my warranty only gave me a week rental.

I have been very happy with the service I have received at Frank's Auto for the past several years. Everyone there is efficient and polite. I highly recommend them for your auto service.

This shop offered me detailed advice on a transmission question even before I was a paying customer. They were honest and didn't pressure me to pursue any services even though they could have. A 10 minute conversation over the phone with them provided me with more useful information about my transmission issue than any other auto shop was able to provide.
