I have been bringing my car to Franks for almost 10 years now. I have never had any complaints. They are courteous on the phone. They have always kept my appointments and worked on my car in a timely manner. They give good feedback and make sure I understand the work and approve before they continue. Frank's Auto Service has serviced my car since I moved to Rossmoor in 2014. Unfortunate events left me unable to to drive since 2017. My children would occasionally use the car for road trips so Frank's continued to service it. I found them competent and efficient. Wow, my first experience with Frank's and it was fantastic. Our dealership said we need almost $3,000 in repairs so I brought it into Frank's for a second opinion. After the inspection, DJ said the work wasn't necessary, and best to wait until further notice. Pretty impressive!!!
